The more time passes, the more you understand that the technological changes around are ideological changes.

But news from the outside world has been rapping on my door. The Russian government is tightening its chokehold on the Internet in the country, and what used to be an inconvenience is shaping up as another Great Firewall. Nobody quite knows when to start panicking, but many international services are already unavailable, some even with VPNs. By next summer or fall we will probably be not very different from North Korea. Access to my file host and Neocities has been intact so far, but they may rely on some vulnerable services. My ability to appear here or upload anything any day can no longer be taken for granted, and the situation is putting myself on quite an animated deadline, even as I can't work as quickly as before. With this in mind, I'll soon be adding a page for the miscellaneous mods, created after leaving the paraiso of Gibberlings 3. A few of them are probably unknown, others appeared on my site at Buy Me A Coffee before it was taken down with all of the information and explanations. I will explain and detail what I can remember.
As for Animate Dead Now, I'll lay out a table for it too and begin to stitch together, piece by piece, a readme for a Frankensteinian mod that is not yet and may never be - with or without a firewall. The problem with ADN in its present state is not so much that it is unpolished or that features are still missing (everything from the original version is up, running and much smarter than before, at a minimum) as its backlog. There are parts left behind that may cause crashes or don't make any sense without a lot of write-up. At those points I've moved on without pushing through another wall. Well, I have been doing the work of a team, including where junior designers, apprentices, testers and moppers should come in. But I only marshal phantasms, so those places have to be revisited by me and put in meticulous order, one by one. If it begins to look as though the trap will snap sooner than I finish or that I won't finish at all, I'll make the last iteration available for downloading, with the worst offenders excised and plastered in disclaimers on post-it tags, pull the cord on updates here and set like the sun. Therefore, it is best to read news about AND as a developer's diary of dreamware.
